HOW WE HELP
A petroleum movement brings together vessel availability, cargo requirements, ports, timing and documentation. We work to align these details and coordinate the steps toward an agreed Charter Party.
Our role is logistics. We are not a seller of petroleum products and do not guarantee the authenticity or completion of a petroleum trade. Buyers remain responsible for independently verifying their transaction and counterparties.
BEFORE WE GET STARTED
Include these details in your inquiry so we can understand your requirements and discuss the next steps.
State the product, quantity, origin and available specifications.
Identify the loading and discharge ports and any known restrictions.
Provide your requested loading window and other timing requirements.
Identify the buyer and transaction participants, with supporting records for review.
Charter engagements are subject to compliance review, availability and executed agreements. An initial $50,000 service retainer applies under the engagement agreement and is credited against agreed services and authorized costs. A proposal or Q88 does not confirm a vessel fixture or authenticate a petroleum transaction.
